APPROVED AUTISM EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICE PROVIDER

All Family Matters is an approved Early Intervention Service Provider with the Department of Social Services for children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who receive funding under the Helping Children With Autism initiative.

EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICE FUNDING

Early Intervention funding is just one component of the Helping Children With Autism (HCWA) Package. Eligible children are those who have been diagnosed with an ASD by a paediatrician,
psychiatrist or multidisciplinary team (including a paediatrician or psychiatrist) and have
been confirmed as eligible by The Autism Advisor Service. Families must register their
child prior to
their sixth birthday with The Autism Advisor Service.

The funding package provides for structured and intensive early intervention services, such as one-on-one intensive therapeutic services as well as tailored group and individual programs that can be delivered in a range of settings. Families can use their child's funding to pay for interventions delivered by Providers on the Panel to best suit the needs of their child. This funding can be accessed across a number of financial years, up until the child:
  • turns seven years of age;
  • has used all of their available funds; or
  • transitions to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
